Responsibilities: : The Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all project development activities within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage client relationships and ensure project success.

• Lead the project to oversee all development activities within approved budget, project duration and with high quality standard.
• Ensure project progress is meet within timeline.
• Handle with Client issue and enquiry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excels, Autocad, Powerpoints , or similar tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and government authorities.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive project reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress, milestones, and outcomes.
• Proven ability to identify project challenges, analyse root causes, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and proactively address issues as they arise.

Requirements: : • Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 - 4 years¡¯ experience in project management, preferably in the field of environmental engineering, or infrastructure development.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites (local and outstation) as needed and adapt to varying work environments and project conditions.
